فهم متطور لأنظمة الغذاء

Given that the concept of "food" could not fully encompass the "five eater issues", in 1985, B. W. Marion, professor of the University of Wisconsin System, USA, formally proposed the term "food system" for the first time. Beyond food production, he incorporated food processing, distribution, and consumption. Subsequently, through continuous extension by scholars and organizations from multiple countries, by 2018, the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) defined the food system as "encompassing all activities from food production, processing, distribution, consumption, to disposal".
