Rashid Ali Suleiman

Dr. Rashid Suleiman is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Food Science and Agro‑processing at Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Agricultural Technology and focuses his research on food safety, postharvest management, and agro‑processing. Beyond academia, he plays a key role in national policy as the Chair of the National Codex Committee and the Agriculture and Food Standards Divisional Committee at the Tanzania Bureau of Standards.
