Kundyzbayeva Nazigul Jumakhan

Kundyzbayeva Nazigul Jumakhan is a Candidate of Technical Sciences with extensive experience in food science and technology. She completed her postgraduate studies in 2007 at Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University, specializing in "Technology of meat, dairy, fish products, and refrigeration production." She earned her undergraduate degree in 2002 in "Standardization and certification" from the same university, qualifying as an engineer-expert.

Since 2015, Dr. Kundyzbayeva has served as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Food and Processing Technology at S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University (KATRU) in Astana, Kazakhstan. She has actively contributed to the development of laboratories for processing meat and dairy products and has been a key executor of food science projects, including securing a Eurasian patent. Her teaching role also includes guiding students and conducting research in the field of food science.

Previously, she held various academic and administrative roles, including Deputy Dean of the Technical Faculty at KATRU from 2011 to 2013. She completed a scientific internship under the international program "Bolashak" during this time. Dr. Kundyzbayeva also taught at the Department of Standardization and Biotechnology at Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University, where she defended her dissertation and helped develop educational programs.

In addition to her academic career, she has participated in several significant scientific projects, such as developing resource-saving dairy product technologies and improving food product safety and environmental packaging. Dr. Kundyzbayeva is the author of over 77 scientific publications, including articles indexed in Scopus and Russian Science Citation Index, and holds 14 patents in Kazakhstan, 1 Eurasian patent, and has authored 4 textbooks.
